How to get started using FrontDesk
Here is a quick step guide to running FrontDesk on a website
- Obtain your login information from the website administrator
- Locate the FrontDesk icon on your desktop and launch the application
- In the advanced connection editor enter the login infomartion
Obtaining your login information from the website administrator
You need the following login information to connect to a website running on PowerNodes:
- Server (usually the website url - example: http://www.domain.com)
- User ID (example: System/Administrator)
- Password
Locate the FrontDesk icon on your desktop
Locate the icon on the desktop or in the "All Programs\PowerNodes" which looks like this
Enter your information
Enter the login information you have been given into this dialog and click OK
You have now successfully connected the FrontDesk to the chosen website
